Human Resources Business Partner

We are looking for a dynamic leader who will align workforce strategies with business objectives. This role will serve as a link between HR management and operations by providing guidance to management, analyze HR metrics, overseeing employee relations and suggesting HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

This role with consult with department leaders, provide HR guidance, improve work relationships and productivity while suggesting enhancements to this fast growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with department leaders and executives to understand unique needs and challenges, then translating to actionable strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyze trends and metrics.
  • Talent acquisition and succession planning.
  • Develop and implement HR programs and policies.
  • Improve employee engagement and productivity through professional development and training.
  • Minimize legal and compliance risks.
  • Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances.
  • Oversee HR Operations.
  • Effectively support company culture.

Education and Experience:

  • BS degree HR or related field.
  • 7-10 years HR experience, preferably pharma/med device industry.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislations.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Understanding of compensation and benefits, talent management, compliance, and labor laws.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Travel <10%.
  • Candidates must be able to successfully pass background and drug screen investigations.
